Handcrafted & Made-to-Order
All of our herbal teas and products are handcrafted by one person and are not pre-made. Each order is created after it is placed to ensure freshness, quality, and energetic integrity. Every batch is carefully prepared and checked before shipping.
We do not offer expedited ordering, because we do not use pre-made products to fill our orders. We make them all in house, in small batches, as they are ordered.
Because of this process, shipping times may be longer than mass-produced brands — but this allows us to deliver products made with love and intention, just for you.
Processing Time
- After placing your order, please allow 1–3 business days for your shipping label to be created.
- Creating a tracking number does not always mean your order ships the same day. This step allows us to properly prepare, package, and verify that all items in your order are included and correct.
Tracking Updates
- Once your tracking number is created, it will be sent via email and/or SMS.
- After receiving your tracking number, please allow 3–7 business days for the tracking status to update with USPS, UPS, or the shipping carrier.
- Tracking updates may not appear immediately and can sometimes update in batches once scanned by the carrier.
Delayed Tracking
If 14+ business days have passed after receiving your tracking number and:
- There are no updates from USPS, UPS, or the shipping app

Once tracking number is sent, please send all additional communition with usps and ups as it is no longer in our procession.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. Common Shipping times are 3-5 business days but ensure you check your tracking number shipping companies are great at keeping you informed if your shipping will arrive earlier, delayed and so much more.

We Are Not Responsible For Incorrect Addresses, Please Double Check Before Submitting Order. If package is returned You Are Responsible For Reshipment Fees. AiriLasha Co. Is Not Responsible For Import Taxes Or Duties.
DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES:
If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home AiriLasha Co. cannot be responsible. Claims must be made with the post office or route shipping insurance. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Unfortunately, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, if your package is damaged we will give you a discount on your replacement order.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:
If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS or UPS! Once a package leaves our facility to go to your country the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional customs fees we have no control over this. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the destination country.
INVALID ADDRESS:
If you make a mistake on the address and the package and it is returned to the sender we will refund you minus a convenience fee. Please be careful when typing the address we would hate for you to repay for shipping. You do not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to USPS Or UPS and if your product was sent out/ scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee.
