Yes, the products are formulated to be gentle, but we always recommend doing a patch test first.

The soap, oil, and mist can be used externally. Do not use internally.

Most products can be used daily. The jelly mask can be used 2–3 times per week.

4. How long will the kit last?

This depends on usage, but typically the kit can last 3–4 weeks with consistent use.

5. Can I use this if I have acne-prone skin?

Yes, the ingredients are chosen to support acne-prone and sensitive skin types.

6. Can I use the oil on my face if I have oily skin?

Red Clover - estrogens, Heparin, Ticlopidine, Warfarin

Who Should Avoid or Use With Caution:

🚫 Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

• Red clover, burdock, yellow dock, and pau d’arco may stimulate detox pathways not recommended during pregnancy.
• Strong cleansing herbs may also shift breast milk digestion for baby.
  

🚫 Blood Thinners / Bleeding Disorders / Upcoming Surgery

• Red clover may naturally thin blood.
  
  Stop at least 2 weeks before surgery.
  

🚫 Autoimmune Conditions / Immunosuppressant Medications

• Elderberry + pau d’arco may stimulate immune activity.

🚫 Iron Disorders (Hemochromatosis)

• Yellow dock + nettle can increase iron and mineral absorption. Avoid if iron levels are already high.

Handcrafted & Made-to-Order

All of our herbal teas and products are handcrafted by one person and are not pre-made. Each order is created after it is placed to ensure freshness, quality, and energetic integrity. Every batch is carefully prepared and checked before shipping.

 We do not offer expedited ordering, because we do not use pre-made products to fill our orders. We make them all in house, in small batches, as they are ordered.

Because of this process, shipping times may be longer than mass-produced brands — but this allows us to deliver products made with love and intention, just for you.

Processing Time

• After placing your order, please allow 1–3 business days for your shipping label to be created.
• Creating a tracking number does not always mean your order ships the same day. This step allows us to properly prepare, package, and verify that all items in your order are included and correct.

Tracking Updates

• Once your tracking number is created, it will be sent via email and/or SMS.
• After receiving your tracking number, please allow 3–7 business days for the tracking status to update with USPS, UPS, or the shipping carrier.
• Tracking updates may not appear immediately and can sometimes update in batches once scanned by the carrier.

 DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home AiriLasha Co. cannot be responsible. Claims must be made with the post office or route shipping insurance. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Unfortunately, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, if your package is damaged we will give you a discount on your replacement order.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:

If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS or UPS! Once a package leaves our facility to go to your country the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional customs fees we have no control over this. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the destination country.

INVALID ADDRESS:

If you make a mistake on the address and the package and it is returned to the sender we will refund you minus a convenience fee. Please be careful when typing the address we would hate for you to repay for shipping. You do not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to USPS Or UPS and if your product was sent out/ scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment, full payment, or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
