If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home AiriLasha Co. cannot be responsible. Unfortunately, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS or UPS! Once a package leaves our facility to go to your country the US postal site stops tracking it.
