DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES:
If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home AiriLasha Co. cannot be responsible. Claims must be made with the post office or route shipping insurance. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Unfortunately, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, if your package is damaged we will give you a discount on your replacement order.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:
If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS or UPS! Once a package leaves our facility to go to your country the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional customs fees we have no control over this. If you make a mistake on the address and the package and it is returned to the sender we will refund you minus a convenience fee.
